It shall be the obligation of the client of Black Dog Writing & Editing Services to provide, prior to any service agreement, full disclosure of any objectionable or sensitive material, defined as follows:

Pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit
Violent or defamatory (actually or potentially)
Profane or vulgar
Classified or otherwise restricted by any company, government or agreement

Failure to disclose this type of content in the project of interest prior to any form of agreement of service shall constitute a material breach of any verbal or signed contract or agreement, rendering said contract or agreement null and void. Black Dog Writing & Editing Services and Jeffrey R. Clark reserve the sole right to determine the precise meaning and scope of the above-listed terms and to deny service on the basis of violation of personal, moral or legal standards.
